What type of frame do you use?

After responding to the previous post about getting dust out of frames, I thought it would be good to follow up with what kind of frame do you recommend? Ideally, I would like to find a high quality, classy black frame, that does not attract or create a lot of dust and has a great price point. I have not found one that I am happy with yet. Does anyone have recommendayions?
