My name is Alan Paine. Just rejoined NPN after a long time away.Located in Madison,WI and looking for like minded people in the area. I do a fair amount of flower photography, also make a feeble attempt at butterflies, bu am interested in all types of nature work.
Shooting all digital these days, with Canon and Sigma hardware. Just swallowed hard and bought a giottos(?) CF tripod so I don't have to lug the big Slik anymore(Almost as pricey as gasoline, but gas is catching up fast :)).
Just wanted to introduce myself, look forward to perusing the forums.

Hi Alan, welcome to NPN, I'm located in West Bend, WI. Maybe with a few more WI members coming on board we can set up a local shot sometime in the future.
