My manual is in French and German. I did not find any particular info about the parameters set for XT in German manual. I have of course set the color-mgt to Adobe RGB and format to RAW. What else is important?
(I have kept most of the things at the middle or zero but not sure that is correct).
I'm not sure if this affect the RAW file but just in case.

None of the shooting parameter adjustments are applied to your RAW file, only the JPEGs.

The parameter do however affect the embedded jpeg and that's what's displayed in the LCD on the back of the camera after each image and during review. You should set the sharpening to a moderate level, and typically leave contrast, tone, etc. at their normal values.
