Is it possible to catch the Northern Lights over the next two weeks either in or around Denali? I have read that the Northern Lights have been seen unseasonably early already this year.

keep your eye on spaceweather.com. They constantly monitor changes in the sun, and have an "auroral oval" graphic which is constantly updated. the sun is going through a very active period right now, so I'd be surprised if you didn't see the auroras more than once in the next couple weeks.

The biggest challenge this time of year is the darkness - there aren't too many hours each night that are dark enough for the lights - but that darkness is growing my more then 5 minutes a day. Follow Tim's advice and keep an eye for the sky during those dark hours and you definitely might have success!
