We are back from our Alaska trip. It was awesome; words can't begin to describe it! Thanks again for the suggestions and all the helpful advice you guys give out here on the forums. It really helped plan my trip! We were extremely lucky with great weather. Only on the last couple days did it turn to rain and wind while we were in Seward, second week. Luckily the day of our Captain's Choice tour of Reserrection Bay it was sunny and calm.

I thought I'd share some pics with you if you care to look. This is a link to the first week, with a denali image from the sec. wk snuck in there. I shot over 4000 images total on my 5d. Many more on my s90 too. I had to buy two 4GB cards at Walmart in Wasilla- good thing I did as I needed them on the Captains Tour!!

The first week was our cruise of the inside passage from Vancouver to Whittier via Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay, and College Fjords.

Week 1 - The Cruise

Most of the pics were grab shots trying to make due with the cards I was dealt with at the time.

I really enjoy some of those aerial images and the views from the ships as well. Too bad we couldn't have met up while you were here in Juneau, but the cruises make a pretty short stop. Maybe next time.

Corey: Some nice shots there. Some of them familiar from my Cruise in May 2010!
