I'm heading to the Smokies this weekend (along with about a million other people) and would like to get an update on any wildflowers in the area. I'll be staying in Gatlinburg so anything in that area would be great. Also, are the creeks still flowing pretty well? Looking to shoot some streams and waterfalls. Thanks in advance for your help!
Amy, if you don't hear from someone on here who has been there you can probably get info by calling the Sugarlands. I spent 3 days hiking last week in Shenandoah and the waterfalls were great and the leaves are still emerging higher up. We have had a fairly wet spring. If its been as wet there you should be in good shape. I gather from some people in Knoxville its been pretty wet. Let us know - and share - what you find!
