The Art Gallerist

Just saw an ad for www.theartgallerist.com and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them?? An online site that "represents" 3 levels of artists... showing and selling your work as an online gallery and taking a 35% chunk of anything you sell below $1,500 (only 25% if it it's over $2,500!). The commission rate isn't surprising, just wondering...

Bill, I wonder how long they have been in business? I'll be in California in mid-December. If I get a chance, I'll look them up and maybe we already have a member in that neck of the woods. There are a gazillion galleries in that area....

Thanks Carol, I just checked it out quickly... it was an ad on the local (PA) newspaper's website. But I think I see it is based in CA. Any info would be welcomed, thanks again!
