Anyone know of a good hard drive enclosure that will handle one of the newer 500GB hard drives? Seems most that I've looked at have a limit of 400GB for some reason.

Jim, I don't know of any good ones, but Newegg is always a good place to check for that type of stuff. I would guess the reason for the size limitation has to do with the hard drive controller built into the case. I think there are a couple of complete 500GB external drives out there these days.

Check out www.clubmac.com ----- 1/800/278-1246
They used to sell them.
I don't know if they still do, but would guess they do.

Think of a model that may be around for a while. I had 1 drive, and I wanted anotehr. By buying the same brand, I could easily change drives by just moving a power cord and cable.
