Adirondack Foliage
Follow up report on the foliage in the Adirondacks. As of Monday, the colors from Mason Lake to Long Lake were spot on. Hopefully the wind and rain did little damage. A trip to Butter Milk Falls is worthwhile. Foliage looking down from top of falls is spectacular. Further north toward Little Tupper lake offered less attractive viewing. Here is a shot of the southern end of Indian lake

Do it today if you're going to. Forecast for tomorrow is heavy rain and strong wind.
