I am going to be there next weekend and also in the middle of September. Does anyone have any sugestions of places to get good landscape or wildlife shots at this time of year?
thanks in advance

I would suggest posting this query in the Rocky Mtn. NP forum.

I used to live in that area. Like much of Colorado’s Front Range, it isn’t spectacular, but if you look hard you can find something to shoot. There is a lot of private property so look out for that. Also, the stream running from Red Feather has TONS of rattlesnakes. So, if you plan on shooting there wear boots. The Poudre River is near there and sometimes offers some shooting. Again, lots of private property. Good luck
