Just thought I'd alert any potential mycologists that mushrooms are putting on a great show this summer in so. Maine (Lyman). I've been staying at my daughter's for the last month after traveling from CA in my motor home and have watched several trails daily where we walk the dogs. A good variety of species (I'm not s mycologist, so I can't id them) and many colors, shapes, and sizes. They are found in oak/hardwoods or mixed hardwood/softwood habitats. A good chance to add some interesting shots to your portfolios.
Cheers!
