I'm in a exploratory, rule-breaking kind of mood lately so I thought I'd post something I shot this afternoon on a cloudy and windy afternoon in a small creek just north of Springfield.
Canon 20D
ISO 100
TSE-45
f/2.8 for 1/20th of a second
Lens blur
Thanks for looking!

Tim, I'm not sure what rule you broke here but for your sake I'm really glad you did. This is a really interesting intimate landscape detail. I particularly like the maple leaf in the UL corner because it gives the waterscape subject size perspective. I like the CR lens blur you applied and I'm not sure exactly why but I really like the single circular bubble near LR.
Thanks for posting, I enjoyed scrutinizing this image!
Tim, I like this a lot. It has a "Holga-like" look to it, which I thinks works very well. There is a lot more to find in there as you look closer. Good call Wayne on the circular bubble and the Maple leaf. They both work well to keep you eye circling back through the picture, and I do appreciate the scale that the leaf provides. Thanks for posting.

Sorry, but I'm kind of creeped out by this one. There's an evil-looking face in the upper left of the bubbles. I can't seem to get beyond that...

Wow Jason, I didn't even see that one. Thanks for point it out.

Tim, now you'll have to draw a picture for me . . . I just don't see what you're talking about.

LOOK Scary, huh? Looks like the face in "The Scream"

Kind of in the leaf, I think

Ok Jason, if I'd had to guess that is what I would have picked. My bad though, I'm not into horror movies! But my daughter sure is!!

Oops - I didn't see the link in the previous post - you were talking about the little face in the bubbles. That one wasn't quite so obvious to me... :-o
