I'm actually hoping to make it up this year for the Alewife run. My best recollection from the discussion a couple of years back was that the run normally occurs in mid to late May. Can anyone who has been there provide more on the timing and location?

Rick.....
The run starts usually around end of mid- to the end of May. It all depends on the weather and water temperature.
I'll be keeping tabs on the situation starting in early May and will post updates and announce
when the fish arrive here in the NENP forum.
