I will be in the Bahamas next week for about 10 days on work. So I have to the weekend to explore. While doing the routine research on Google, found out that Inagua National Park has one of the largest concentrations of Flamingos. I couldn't find out if they nest there or if they are year round residents. If someone has an answer pls let me know.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Flamingos at Great Inagua a number of years while in College. It is indeed the breeding grounds, and it's a bit of a hike through the mangrove swamps to get to them. However, the blisters are well worth the sight of thousands of Flamingos

BTW, depending on where in the Bahama's you will be, it's not likely to be a mere weekend trip. Great Inagua is one of the Southern most of the out Islands, quite some distance from Nassau.
