Crow Poison (False Garlic)
Our backyard is in full bloom with Crow Poison (False Garlic) and Spring Beauty. The Dogwoods and Azaleas are just beginning to open.

I took this one late yesterday with my modified pop-up laundry bag to block the breeze.

Marty - thanks for posting this (at least to me) unfamiliar flower. It's a real beauty, though I'm not entirely convinced about the mecessity of the flower in the background. Again, thanks for posting.

I really like the detail and color Marty. Very nice, soft light too. I will have to agree with Tim on the other bloom in the BG. Being directly behind, it distracts a little from the one in focus.

Thanks for sharing!

(After this reply, I'm sure Marty will make me get my own account on the forum!) I told him (Marty) that he should have taken the scissors with him to the back yard yesterday!! It was kind of funny...the lawn service man that treats the front yard (that has real grass) was saying he had a spray that could take care of these "weeds". Fortunately, our back yard remains untouched by chemicals. Needless to say...I think Marty will be back out there this afternoon lying on the ground with his pop-up laundry bag...I can't imagine what the neighbors are thinking!

BTW: This is Gina.

It looks like I need to change my password and not tell Gina what it is.

I didn't make it out before the light disappeared and the flowers closed for the evening. I'll try some more shots of these tomorrow.

Thanks for the comments.

I'll echo what the others have said Marty. Can't wait to see what you come up with. :wavey:
