GSMNP in July?

I'm heading to the park in July with the family. It has been several years since i've been. I know the park pretty well, but i'll mainly be looking for some nice quiet spots away from the crowds, with some good streams and creeks along nice hiking trails and general photo opps. I have Tremont and Mouse Creek Falls on the list so far, but would appreciate any other suggestions, and it doesn't have to be in the Park. I know it will be crowded, but Cades Cove is always a must-see. Thanks.

I suggest Greenbrier, I was there in the spring and it was great. Have a great time.

Don't stop at Mouse Creek Falls; the walk above the bridge to Walnut Bottoms is superb and follows the river all the way. Really great river scenes, better than lower down and a gentle grade.
