Enrique,
I didn't use this particular adapter, but did use my DLSR with my view camera. I think the answer is- it depends. It depends on what are you looking for. If your idea is to shoot it straight- one shot, it could be useful for details and product (I don't think it would match the performance of a 150mm lens designed for 135 format but that's another question). If the plan is to use it with a wide angle lens and stitch panoramas by shifting I think it's possible but difficult to achieve with WA lenses due to the lens mount shading the sensor.
If you still own a view camera and a bag bellow, perhaps you could try it first by using one of those adapters offered on ebay.

I think if you search for: "4x5 adapter for nikon" you might find something. A word of warning. I tried a DIY adapter, NEVER bought the adapter sold on ebay. If you google the subject, you'll find several fairly extensive topicks on largeformatphotography and other resources about using a DSLR on a view camera.
Best,
Nicolas.

And how about the image quality ?

Well, I've tried it with a fairly common Schneider lens and felt it's ok for most uses, but a dedicated 135mm format lens performs better. Perhaps a special "digital" lens could be a great performer but they are insanely expensive.
I've read a lot about several top notch architectural photographers using the Zoerk adapter for the great shift flexibility it offers. It does however makes sense if used with a Pentax 35mm lens which would give you the view angle of a 17mm. And it totally parallax free due to the bracket it uses.
I think it's around us700 for the adapter and good luck finding the 35mm lens.
