6WOW - Water and Ice
Nice warm day today. The ice is melting and the streams are flowing. Spent the afternoon exploring Middlebury Gap area.

Nikon D200, 17-55mm @ 50mm, 3sec @ f22, ISO 100, Polarizer

Heavy blue cast on this shot, which I started to remove, but decided I liked it better with it.

I agree with your decision to leave the blue cast there. That makes this look far more like winter than I have seen since January of 05!! I'll bet this was a north or northeast facing waterfall??

I also agree about the blue cast. Good idea to leave it in. I really like the sharp definition of the edge of the ice against the blur of the water.

Too bad I had drill! I wish I could have gone with you. This is great with the blue color. I am glad you left it in. :smile:
