Dennis Cove in Tennessee
I've been to the Dennis Cove area for 25 years hiking the AT to Laurel Falls. I never knew there was a campground with a trail along a creek just a mile up the road. The trail is very pretty and was full of Pink Lady Slippers this last weekend.

Here's a different shot of the creek with the reflection from the trees on the other side with the sky. I did minimal post processing on this shot. The polarizer created the dark blue almost purple reflections in the water.

Canon 7D, Sigma 80-400 @80mm, f/8, 1/4 sec.

Beautiful Richard...looks like painting strokes in the upper portion. Very nice. :toast: I used to live in Johnson City...thanks for the reminder of how pretty it is up there and the vast array of photo ops! Already hot and muggy in Charleston..but still beautiful.

Nice stream detail. The color reflected in the water is fantastic.
