Magee Marsh Meeting?

For the last several years, a number of us have been meeting at Magee Marsh near Toledo. Unfortunately, this year I will be elsewhere the second and third weekends of May, which generally seems to be the prime time for this area.

Right now, I believe Cindy Mead is planning for a meeting near her for migrating birds and general gathering. I would think that this would work well as the primary Spring birding meeting. Cindy, could you post an update for that? Thanks.

If there is additional interest for Magee, I would need someone to act as a local meeter greeter, and worry a small amount about lunch and dinner on Saturday. Usually, this means enough volunteers for food for lunch and an executive decision as to where to eat dinner that day as well. I am will to provide a list of decent motels and campgrounds for interested parties. And last, if possible, this weekend would be best scheduled on a different weekend than Cindy's event, to maximize attendence at both.

I am considering being at Magee the first weekend in May, but I don't have definative plans right now. I can put together a weekend then, if there is interest.
