Is anyone here familiar with Alamy? In their contributor contract, they have what I think is an ambiguous phrase, saying that the contributor "licenses Alamy to market their image as Rights managed OR Royalty Free"
It is the "or" that I find ambiguous. Does this mean that the contributor chooses, or Alamy has the discretion? I couldn't find an FAQ link on their site. Any help would be appreciated.

Once you choose one, you can't change it so be sure you understand what the differences are before deciding. I'm all RM personally.

Thanks, Richard. My "leaning" is toward RM. I thought their literature was unclear about whether THEY chose or the photographer chose. Was pretty sure it was the latter.
