Another shot from the other day, They were quite happy to carry on as normal even with me just yards away.
A nicely composed behavioural shot. Whites look a touch `blown` to me, so, if you get another chance, may be worth underexposing a bit to retain detail there, and filling in the shadier areas with a flash, if you have one, as the lighting direction looks a bit awkward.
Looks a tad soft on my screen, also, so maybe a touch more USM may help, assuming the original is sharp.
I prefer this shot to your previous post. Great composition, the bird is well positioned in the frame, as is the branch it is hanging from.
I would agree it looks a bit soft. I guess your focus point is fractionally off the head of the subject, but a bit more sharpening could probably help.
I am guessing you are shooting handheld here. The depth of field at this range is very shallow and just a centimeter either way can make the key area around the head and eye go from pin sharp to slightly soft. Sometimes a tripod or monopod helps here as you can focus and recompose without moving the camera and lens significantly.

Stewart....
It will compliment your previous shot very nicely as part of a series in your album.
Great bird and nice behavioural shot.

Nice detail of alder sead in the birds beak - does look a shade soft though.
