Hey folks,
Has anyone here ran into any problems with Bridge on a Mac? I'm using Bridge as my primary file browser now, but when I try to open the images from there into Photoshop, CS2, nothing happens. I select a thumbnail, hit control R, open the image in Raw, then hit "open" .. raw closes down, but the image never opens in CS2. If I try to select a thumbnail and go to File .. OPen With >> CS2, I get (in CS2) this error:
"Could not complete your request because an error occurred loading the plug-in"
I'm guessing I need to reinstall PS, but would rather see if there's anything else going on before I do that. I believe I the latest updates .. I even just ran an update for Bridge, but it didn't fix anything.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
Carl

hey folks,
The problem appears to be fixed.
Go to Applications >> CS2 >> Plug-ins >> Adobe Photoshop Only >> File Formats .. and remove Nikon NEF plug in.
+ That happened to me too but I got an error info window saying what to remove.
Your Nikon camera and NEF file is looking for the Nikon plug-in to open it and can't find it so stops. By removing the plug-in it passes that and goes on and opens PS.
Save that plug-in just in case you need it again for some reason.
I always keep a folder for old downloads and spare files just in case.
I don't even want to think of all the hassles I have had when I didn't have one of them I needed.

Reboot, and it's all good (so far)
