Need ID
Can anyone tell me what this bird is? From looking at my field guide I think it may be some kind of warbler or vireo. The picture was taken today in Dallas, Texas. He/She flitted around quite a bit in a tree then went to some bushes and also went down to the ground and barely stayed in one place long enough for me to get a picture. This was the best picture I got.

Thank you

It's an unfortunate angle to ID a bird, but my guess is a Mourning Warbler. That's a very low confidence guess, though.

bill shape and color as well as the relative drabness of the underparts suggest Orange-crowned Warbler to me. Don't think a Mourning would be around this time of year either.

I'm going with OCWA too, the very faint eyeline is visible.

I'm with Orange-crowned Warbler as well; a regular winter species here in central AZ.
