I took pictures of this friendly little fellow at Delta, which is at the southern end of Lake Manitoba. However I can't be sure what it is.

It's an Empidonax flycatcher. My best guess is a least flycatcher, based on the relatively small bill and what looks like a pretty strong eye ring from this angle. Could be an alder or willow flycatcher, these are difficult species. If you have more images from different angles, it would help with the ID.
