Joe,

This looks like a Tennessee Warbler. I'm not real familiar with the species having only seen them a handful of times so I imagine someone else will confirm but the gray head and olive back with the eye line are the field marks that jumped out at me.

Best,
Drew

Drew , Cindy, and Nick -thanks for taking the time to respond .
Pretty excited to have capture a Tennessee ,did't hear any birders calling him out while I was there.

Thanks Cindy I may just do that. First day on the job, kinda feeling my way around a bit.

Agree w/ Tennessee. Cindy mentioned most of the good points. As a place to start, the small and sharply pointed bill is good for narrowing things down to the genus Vermivora within the warblers. The face pattern, green back with pale whitish underparts (especially the undertail coverts) and short tail add up to make it a Tennessee.
