Bird stumped my boss
This bird stumped both of my bosses who have been avid birders for a few decades... I'm sure you guys can easily ID this, I know I certainly can't.

Photographed last October amongst kinglets and yellow rumped warblers at Elizabeth Morton Wildlife Refuge in Noyac, NY on Jessup's Neck.

- Luke

Thanks in advance!

In looking at some photos of the bird online, I think what threw off my bosses, and me, is the 2nd white wingbar is hidden in this photo and it appears a little darker (more olive) than usual. Thanks for the confirmation cindy

It's also a female, Luke, which has fainter wingbars than the male, especially outside of breeding season.
