Cabot Cows and Color
We found some friendly cows, beautiful Red Maples, and some great light & sky all at the same time! Sometimes you just get lucky. This was on Danville Hill Road in Cabot, VT.

Beautiful colors and composition. Think the board of tourism trains the cows to pose for the tourists.

I'm heading up to Duxbury, VT this weekend. Can't wait.
My friends house has a beautiful view of Camel's Hump Mountain.
I'm stuck with a 50mm prime for now, but I'll be sure to snap quite a few.

When was this shot taken?

Kev,

That shot was taken this past Sunday (11th). The color is pretty good around Duxbury right now, so hopefully it will hang on for you. The color on the higher parts of Camel's Hump will be gone, but there is a good chance of some snow up there. I was thinking of trying to grab a shot of that this evening if I get a chance.

Great colors and composition, love those cows. I bet they are happier than the California cows living like this!
