This little one continues to be seen in the trees around my home. He will sit for a second on the wires right above my feeders, but will not come down to the feeders. Please help with the ID. I can not locate a picture in my bird books or researching on the web. My location is on the east coast, close to the Savannah River in Georgia.

I give up, what is it? It's got a big beak.

Carlette,
This is a Tanager, I believe a female Summer Tanager.

The key to tanagers is that big, nearly conical bill. There are only four tanager species in North America (Pete Dunne would say the females in all four are so different there might as well be eight.) Among tanagers, the drabber bird is the female.
