I'm going on a photo hike with a local arts group and thought I pass the listing along in case anyone in the area would be interested in joining.
Sat June 27 Pahaquarry Photography Walk. Pahaquarry Foundation will hold a "herding cats hike" on Kasier Road Trail to the top of Racoon Ridge/Mt Mohican the highest point in Warren County NJ. Participants are free to take as long as they want to photograph any subject. They can hike ahead or fall behind the leader but must let him know if they are leaving the herd. We will ascend 1000 feet in 2 miles to the summit. Great views of the Delaware River Valley and eastward in NJ.
Meet: 9 AM at mile post 6 on Old Mine Road in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. .
