Nenp Spring outing - If you can still make it!!

Hi Everyone,
I posted a save the date for this weekend for the NENP spring outing. Last time we were in Gorham, NH we stayed at the Top Notch Inn and it suited us rather well. I wanted to return there this year. It seems the hotel does not officially open until Saturday May 16th, but the owner told me they could take us for the Friday 15th. They then went on vacation and I have just gotten back in contact with them tonight. They can accommodate us Friday night but I have to tell them ahead of time how many rooms we will need and where you guys will need to call to get a room reserved.
If you want to go you need to send me an email ASAP and tell me that you can be there and if you will need a room. I will email back to each of you on how to confirm a reservations for Friday / Saturday night. I apologize for this lack of communication, but I could not communicate with the hotel owners until tonight.
If you wish to go this weekend and need a room at the Top Notch Inn please email me ASAP and let me know. I will email back how you will talk to the hotel to confirm you reservation.

Will not be able to make it this time. Will see everyone for fall outing if not before.

Glad to hear this is coming together...

I won't need a hotel room, but I'll be in Gorham that weekend right down the street and look forward to seeing everyone.
