Use-of-Forum Notice

In the past some of us - including me - have resorted to less-than-complimentary statements about public figures (politicians, media personalities, etc.). In retrospect, this has only served to diminish us and our point of views. From here on, please refrain from referring to any public figure in a demeaning fashion.

Thanks to all for helping us to maintain our high standard for objective and reasoned discourse here on NPN!

Good call Jim, like our mom's always told us... "If you have nothing good to say, say nothing at all!"

Right on Darwin... and yeah, mom did raise us on that bit of wisdom! Still holds true today!

You're absolutely right, Jim. There's been too much of that going on in the world and it's time that changes...so why not start right here!

Thanks Jim! NPN has always been much better than other sites in that regard, but it's a slippery slope. If I want to read trashmouth I can always go to other sites. I don't, an that's one of the big reasons I value this place. Keeping it clean is a worthwhile policy.

I like that jim,, now seems across the board fair and equal..
