Most everyone has been expecting that Nikon will announce the D3x on Monday, December 1st. But, it's looking like the English language version of Nikon Pro magazine has been arriving on doorsteps just a little early - it contains a full article on the D3x, including detailed specs. The highlights:
1. 24.5 MP FX sensor
2. 5 fps full frame; 7 fps with DX crop (at 10 MP)
3. Live view
4. ISO 100 to 1600 with boost to 6400 (ISO performance to lag compared to D3 and D700)
The article does not contain pricing information - this will likely be revealed Monday.
More details and links to scanned pages of the magazine here.
This appears completely legitimate (and may be a "strategic" leak, tho' I doubt it).
Cheers...
Brad
PS: No word on any of the expected new lenses, but this was an introduction to the camera, not a full-fledged product announcement from Nikon. We should find about any new lenses on Monday (I'm keeping my fingers crossed for updated versions of either 80-400 VR or 70-200 f2.8 VR - or both).

Should be a fine camera, especially for landscape shooters.
I believe Nikon Pro is a Nikon publication, so I can't imagine it is just a rumor.

HI Don,
It's no rumour - expect the official announcement on Monday. I hope we'll hear about the development/production of a few long-overdue lenses as well.
