That's Right, Alaska now has it's own NPN regional forum. We welcome any photographer who lives in Alaska or just dreams of coming to our fine state, come one, come all.
I know there are many Alaskan NPN members so I hope you will all join in.
To become a member of the AKNP, just email me and I will put you on the list. Then go post, because we need some momentum.
Hi Carl,
As a previous resident of Alaska, '69 to '71, I would like to be one of the first in line to join your forum. I still take the Alaska magazine and look forward to any photos of your great state. Alaska will always be my favorite place.
Regards, Bob

Interested on opinions from Alaskans on my post in the Hot Topics--Polar Bears--in which I injected the idea of rule of law and the land mass of Alaska... How do those who live in Alaska (and other states with federal lands) feel about being a state which controls only 4% of it land mass???? Who is going to love AK more--you or some bureaucrat in Washington???? Larry

Hey Larry,
Not to quibble, but the Feds manage 65% of Alaska state land, not 96%.

A beautiful state with photo ops galore. I've only visited once but perhaps some day ...
Best wishes. Your state has some fine NPN photographers

When do we get added to the Forum Index: Regional Groups Forums Links page and the Site Map page? :)
Cheers
