More rain on the way.
Not much change in the color from the last update. It's been pretty mild & dreary the past few days.
I think this weekend should be a good shooting weekend and then again next weekend, but that might do it for this fall.
Now it looks like next weekend will be very wet, but again its still a week away. If the wind & rain come in , I bet most of the leaves will be gone by Halloween. However wet is good and that will only help to enhance the colors.
I think we are setting up for a good round of fog especially on Sat am when I think the sky should be clear. Late in the day clouds will be back before the showers on Sunday. That's a good time to get over the Bridleveil or Blue Hen. Remember all the slate and rocks in the creek beds will be wet. It can only aid in helping bring out the color. It is supposed to rain tomorrow night, but the low temps behind the front tomorrow nit-Friday Am might not be quite low enough for the kind of fog we might have on Saturday AM. Do I hear Beaver pond on Sat AM??????
Some forecasts has snow coming in on Monday night. If that happens it will really speed up whats left of the color.
Again, refer to my color report of the last update. Things are still pretty static with quicker changes next week. Stay tuned. It's been a weird fall. The trees are pissed!!!!!
