Weekly Pic - Armington Pond, CVNP
Finally got out into the park today (Cuyahoga Valley NP). Tough with the steady breeze. I agree with Jack's assessment that we're still a week or more from peak color. Still there are places that are almost past. I waited too late to visit this pond last year--almost too late again. This is from 4 p.m. today. If the wind dies down tomorrow, this will be a great place to catch a good reflection.

That looks like a beautiful spot Chuck. We have had a lot of wind here too, it makes it tough to get those leaves sharp.

For those of you that are close---- Armingtoon pond is very under photographed. It's on the far south end of the park. Get there 2-3Pm in the afternoon when the wind is calm.
