I just got back from a week in the Eastern Sierra. It's was great.

I'll try & be a bit more informative tomorrow ( I'm pretty zonkered tonight!).

I did drive through the park today./ Everything is early. It's the earliest in 3 years. There was actually enough color today to get some nice shots.

We are expecting warm rainy conditions tonight-tomorrow afternoon. The severe t'storms will usher in cold, wind and a hard freeze. Friday temps are supposed to peak at 45 degrees with perhaps some lake effect ( bit I think that will go way east).

I'll give the park a good drive through on Thursday afternoon and report back.

For now, the hot spots in the fall are Sylvan Pond, Bridle veil Falls and the usual (Blue Hen etc). The Hale farm area can lend itself to a good image or 2.

I would be happy to talk to anyone who may have questions. Fee free to call me anytime. If I am not at the number below call my house at 330-668-6545.

M<y workshop during the last weekend ( I planed that based on the past 3 years) will shift into 2 weekends. I will also probably have some folks who will come up the weekend prior after I send out an email tomorrow with this updated info regarding the early color.

I would like to meet some of you so if you are coming up the last 2 weekends please let me know. You can also email me at jack@jackgrahamphoto.com

Next update on Thursday night.

Jack, I'm still planning on coming up the weekend of the 28th. I hope everything isn't gone by then.
