Hello, I've been gone for a bit doing a fall shoot. :wavey:

Here's an image that I took in August that I just got back from the lab. It was taken at the base of a waterfall on one of Minnesota's lesser known/photographed rivers along the Minnesota/Superior shoreline. I've been on the river three times this summer and never saw another soul, which is something I always love. My attraction to the scene was more to the shapes, lines and their interaction with the light presented than the literal nature of the subject itself (something I'm finding more and more with my images). So, while being quite literal, there is some level of abstract interest too...if you are willing to look for it. This is just the first edit, and I probably have some color refinement left to do. Let me know if you have suggestions. Enjoy!

I like the low level point of view, Joel. As Josh said, good exposure on this.
