The long-absent Yosemite photographer returns to NPN! Its been very busy time here in Yosemite Valley - summers are ALWAYS a crazy time. I've been keeping busy working and squeezing in some photo time whenever I get a chance. You can see my photo work at the Yahoo FLICKR gallery that I've been posting photos to at URL: http://www.flickr.com/photos/wildography
After living year-round in Yosemite Valley for more than 4 years, it is time to move on. I am strongly considering a move to San Luis Obispo County (possibly working for Southland Transit as a bus driver).
Does anyone have suggestions RE: housing? I've been living in a dorm room (12'X20') so my needs are not big. I'm looking for a room/studio apt/attic space/basement/etc with kitchen & bath (or kitchen & bath privileges in a shared living environment).
If you have suggestions regarding SLO, living there, moving there - anything - such advice would be appreciated.
As always, if you will be visiting Yosemite, please feel free to contact me for suggestions, advice, etc. You can e-mail me at wildography@yahoo.com
Thanks, David L. Smith

They have mobile homes / trailer parks in the Los Osos and Morro Bay area which are a lot cheaper than the homes I believe. I dont' know how I'd ever adjust from working in Yosemite to being a bus driver. Though the central coast is awesome.
