I just saw an offer which is "ready to mail". I thought this model will be available after or during Photokina. Has anybody actually seen 400D? Will the accessories of 350D will work for 400D? I know about batteries but what about non-canon items such as L bracket (kirk) etc? If you know please let me know.
Seems prices of 5D are not going down. Wish canon announced a surprie 3D something.
Hi Prashant,
here in Italy the 400D is already available. Batteries and battery grip are the same for both 350 and 400, and I think that your L bracket will work on both cameras, since they are almost identical (there is just 1mm of difference in size).

We've got them at the shop I work for in Taos and they are available at most of the Best Buy stores in New Mexico.
