Just an update on Rocky Fork - We are offically one of the two bidders on the property but yesterday we found out the the other party upped their offer. We are now scrambling to raise the extra funds.

Hey man,

Just let me know when to call my Uncle Rocco in Jersey. He'll can come down there and straighten out this whole Rocky Fork business for you.

Guys and gals, check out Jerry's Rocky Fork gallery, if you dont know what he is talking about. I would recommend downloading and viewing the Rocky Fork slide show too. Its well worth the admission price (free!)

Jerry, great slide show! Hope the funds come pouring in!

Some brainstorming on ideas for funding (probably nothing new to you, but giving it a try anyway):

Get the interest of reporters from nearby TV/newspapers

Contact oil, chemical, and energy companies to see if they can donate some money toward this environmental issue which has no direct impact on their business.

Offer to name trails or future roads after large donors. Hey, it works for hospitals.

Jerry

The show is fantastic. I love the way you put it together. I will be sending something for the cause. I have a question though. Did you use the proshow gold basic version to make this? Also, where is a good place to get music for a show like this. Also, the text you added, was that done in Word or in Pro Show Gold. I am not sure if the basic version lets you add text unless you bring it in from another source. I just purchased the program

Where is the best place to find information on camping and hiking in the area? I might stop by there on a trip that way this fall.

Thanks, David
