West Coast Imaging offers it as an option (http://westcoastimaging.com/wci/page/services/printlab/paperchoices.htm). I had them print my work before and results were excellent, thouth I have not tried canvas specifically.

We use H&H Color Labs, Pete. Their work in all departments we have used is superb. Best yet they're really consciencious and call any time there's a question. I'm not sure if they have retail services or not, but it's certainly worth a check.

You might want to look at Denver Digital Imaging (formerly The Slideprinter). They have added a lot of new services since the name change. They show a couple different canvas types for giclée printing. Their prices are usually pretty reasonable. I've never done any printing there other than Chromira stuff, so I can't comment specifically about their giclée printing.
