While driving south through Argentina across the vast flat expanse of steppe in the province of Santa cruz I noticed off in the distance a wild horse right on the fenceline. It was the first sign of life,or so I thought,I had seen for hours. On closer inspection I realised it was nothing but skin over it`s skeleton,it`s jaw seemed to be caught on the barbed wire ,and maybe unable to free itself it simply starved to death, whatever happened, only the Condors and foxes who ate it to the bone will know.
