Payachatas is the name native people gave these twin volcanoes, individually named Pomerape (left) and Parinacota (right). These two volcanoes lie in the border between Chile and Bolivia, part of the Lauca National Park of Chile and located at 4.000 meter above sea level (12.000 feet elevation).
