A rain forest in Italy?

The roaring river, the sparse trees, the fog and the suspended atmosphere, and finally the fact that it was the seventh day of rain, made me think of a rain forest. Taken on June 2008 in Valchiusella, a beautiful green valley in the Western Alps in Italy.
