White-tailed deer and lightning

While camping in Big Meadows at Shenandoah National Park in Virginia, a thunderstom rolled in at night. Sensing an opportunity, I searched the meadows by flashlight until I found a pair of does resting in the field. I used flash to illuminate the does, and kept the shutter open until a bolt of lightning appeared in the sky above them.
