Trees, Woods and Forests
Keywords: Dead tree, large tree
This enormous "dead" hardwood tree dominates the steep side of a sinkhole. It is "alive" with nesting holes of birds, home to untold numbers of insects, and probably even some small mammals. Found at Lake Eaton sinkhole in the Ocala National Forest.
