Last Standing Grove

Taken on a trip to Gulf Shores, one year after Katrina and two years after Ivan, the shoreline devastation was still undescribable.
Oddly, the light of a full moon painted, in magnificent detail, the true bleakness of the (de)forestation. This photograph, and it's companions are a testimony to how gray what should be green appears even years after such and event.
This photograph is of a lone grove of trees, near a cul-de-sac, and lit telephone booth. Literally, it was the only standing grouping of trees along the intercoastal shoreline.
Nikon D70s, 180mm Focal Length, 30Sec Exposure, f/3.5. Full-moon natural lighting after midnight.
