Reddish Egret

This Reddish Egret was photographed at Estero Lagoon in Fort Myers Florida in the early morning. It was taken, on a tripod, with the Canon 10D and a Canon 100-400 mm IS lens (@235mm). It was shot in AV mode, 1/1250 ec, f5, -1 2/3 exposure compensation. I love the sterotypical pose of this reddish egert, captured with its wings up as its unique fishing technique.
