Japanese Lantern #3

Composites, Multiple Exposures, Digitally Manipulated

Keywords: Japanese Garden, garden, leaves, fall, fall color

This image is a composite of 2 exposures. One focused on the lantern, and the second on the foreground leaves. A bit of breeze caused the leaves to shift between the 2 exposures. I layered the images in PSCS. Flattened the image and then applied the Orton technique. Lastly I layered the flatten image back on top and lightened the opacity to about 50% to bring back much of the original detail and take down the dreamy effect of the Orton layers.
